Holland Meissner is a trained thespian and all around entertainer who began cooking at an early age. Raised in rural Mississippi, she quickly took to cooking staple foods such as fried squirrel, greens, and cornbread. In college, she experimented with vegetarianism and brings all her culinary experiences to the Holland Meissner Show. She often says, “there is no cuisine she would not eat.”
